The Yoga Video That Hooked Me

I’ve really been enjoying adding yoga to my existing workout plan. And now that I have been doing it for a while it has become an essential element in my workout schedule. I was inspired by Laura from lauraluscreations to share my favorite yoga videos. This is the first one I ever really committed to doing often. I like the yogi’s style; its athletic with a lot of movement. Check it out, let me know what you think. Share your favorite yoga videos with me, I promise I’ll try them!

My Favourite Vinyasa Yoga Flow

This yoga video by POPSUGAR fitness has become a favourite in my routine. When I don’t do a little yoga I notice that my alignment is off, my hips tighten, and my core gets all loose. Even as little as this 10 minute video 3 times a week is essential for my well-being.  That said this isn’t all I do either, I also do weights and some cardio. I also love this video because its short, to the point and easy to do and I can usually work it into my lunch break or a 15 minute break! Gotta start 2015 off right!

Let me know what you think of it! I do like variety – share your favourite videos and I’ll try them!
