Knit Flower Headband

Knit Flower Headband | leave it to Joy

This was an easy couple hours project and perfect for new knitters.

Stocking stitch a headband to size. I like mine to be quite wide enough to completely cover my ears.

This was my first knit flower, super easy! Knit Flower Pattern (if we can call it that).

  • cast on something like 50 stitches (the bigger the flower the more stitches you’ll need)
  • knit 2 rows
  • knit 2 together (k2tog) for the whole row
  • repeat until there are only 4 stitches left – sew them off
  • ta da – you made a flower

If I was to remake this headband I would knit two flowers and stack them to give a fuller look.  Total cost – about  $2.00 CAD. Oh, and it matches my Two-Tone Infinity Scarf!
